His extensive career includes spearheading industry innovations, contributing to national refrigeration qualifications, and advising on regulatory frameworks.

Haydn Perkins - Managing Director
Haydn brings a wealth of expertise in refrigeration, mechanical, and electrical engineering, having co-founded multiple companies focused on feed production and distribution refrigeration. Adam Woods - Head of Technical Services
A highly experienced Refrigeration Engineer, Adam specialises in technical applications, commissioning, and troubleshooting. With a background in working for leading UK refrigeration contractors, Adam joined RefMech in 2021 to lead our technical services division, ensuring cutting-edge system optimisation and efficiency.

Stephen Day - Head of Refrigeration
An industry-recognised expert in refrigeration and air conditioning installations, Stephen has worked with several national refrigeration contractors and ran his own company before joining RefMech in 2024. He leads our installation teams, ensuring every project is completed with precision, quality, and compliance.

Ellisa Woods - Office Manager
Overseeing our office operations and engineering team coordination, Ellisa ensures seamless daily operations and central support functions.
